Hi,
I've been using the EBL Flash for quite a long time now and never seem to be able to get a good idle or overall tune.
Attached is a datalog from my latest open loop idle and picture of VE map.
Every time I try so smooth out the VE map it get messed up during the next tuning run.
I am checking to see if anything seems obviously wrong with the data log or VE that I could check.
Possibly some mechanical issue, map sensor, or ignition issue that I'm missing.

I see a lot of SA change, as low as 17 to high of 26 at Idle. I would try locking the SA at idle and then doing another data log to see what changes. Also make sure your injector voltage offsets are correct for your injectors.

Thanks for the help. I did notice a lot of SA change at idle, but had nothing to compare it to. The idle is locked at 20.4, but that doesn't seem to help.
I'll check on the injector voltage offset again. I set them based on posts on the Bosch III injectors and info from Southbay injectors.
I plan to put an oscilloscope on the injectors drivers and MAP sensor to check for noise.
Make sure the IdlSa option bit set is checked or idle SA will be ignored. At idle I use the SA table not the IdlSa option but I used it at first until I got a good tune then switched back to the tables. It idles at 26 degrees @ 750 rpm's and never varies more than 1 degree.
It took me a long time to get my idle smooth in closed loop with a hotcam and 35# bosch EV14's. I must have tried hundreds of BINs to get it to run good at idle and light throttle under 1500 RPM's. Sometimes it helps to have another data log to compare with.

Wow, your SA is definitely is smooth and wide band locked in. This gives me a good direction to start. I'll start increasing the SA at idle and see how it reacts.
