What are these numbers on the side of the GM/sec on the maf scaler table, and how do i use that to tune? Or do i ignore those and only adjust the gm/sec?

See if these two links help:

https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/diy-...scellanea.html
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/diy-...ar-tables.html

There is more information (links) in the Tuning Guide Book sticky. Look for the '7165 section in the first post.
