EGR valve
DO I need to have this functioning for my TPI to operate free of codes? I am running a 92 Z28 set-up and I plan on burning my own chip. Is there a way to get around the EGR? and not get any codes?

Are you wanting to disable the EGR? I personally like the EGR and if you DON'T have to disable it, I would retain it.
Regardless, if you want to "disable" the EGR properly, you need to set the "EGR Enable Temp" to a very high number like 253. This will require your MAT to read somewhere around 150*C (300*F) before the ECM will attempt to enable the EGR.
