Wow that's crazy. Glad you got it figured out, but sucks it was something so catastrophic.

ULT,

That’s not the end of the story.
BTW, want to thank General Disorder for his help on analyzing the injectors (Accels). As I said, one aerator was disintegrated and several other injectors (the LT-5 has 16), had bad spray patterns.
Once I got the motor put together and installed, I started tuning it. And then I started seeing KR again in the logs. Exasperating.
Long story short, I had to replace two secondary injectors and all 4 ignition coils. 3 of the originals had cracked casings and you could see the carbon tracking. This explained why my #2 plug was lily white. Pretty amazing how this motor runs even on 7 cylinders. 😂😂😂.
So this is a saga that runs over 2 years. The one thing about it is, that when the LT-5 runs well (especially modded ones) its an absolute blast to drive. It sounds like a big block only it revs > 7000rpm and just keeps pulling all the way up. You can surprise the crap out of many modern day machines thinking their dealing w a base C4 Corvette. The ZR-1 has very long legs. I like to think of it as the Secretariat of Corvettes.
