Cell boundarys and Cell Definitions

Any body have a post or article on the cell boundary layout and the definition of any "special cells" for the 730 ECM. I know this thing spends a ton of time in cell 4. It doesn't seem to use most of the table range.

This isn't for the F-body code, but here's a link that you and others might find interesting:

Go to the top of page 39 to see a chart with the BLM cells. If you're staying mostly in cell 4, then it sounds like your VSS isn't working.

Mine does the exact same thing. Stays at cell 4 all the time and never changes. Also, I noticed when I scan the car it doesn't give a mph reading, but my speedometer works just fine.
