Cold start fine tuning ' could use some advice

Hi all
I am playing around with trying to get my first start up in line . I have a log I made and wondering where I should focus on for targets to change . I am trying to learn the curve for this . I am only looking for suggestions and an order to start with and what tables I should look at in Tunerpro to fine tune . It stays in open loop until about the 13 min mark or just after . As soon as it goes into closed loop it starts to run a lot better and smoother . I am noticing the differences between the two readings , but not sure exactly where to start . In MAF settings , or IAC , Timing ect . If some one could have a look for me would be great .

Another one I have been playing with is a start up after I have shut the engine off . It need to have throttle to start and then sputters for a sec or 2 then idles good after you let off . But if you dont go through that procedure it fires and then dies a sec later . It is a bit of a pain in the but when you have a standard and trying not to roll into a parked car on start up if you arent quick enough on the ebrake .

I appreciate any input . I will note I never hit the throttle on this log . It is fired up and idling rough from the get go to try and narrow it down .

One other note with what is probably important info . 87 Iroc 305 . Engine is from 91 firebird . Have APYS file for 89 with only injector size changes , which I took from the 87 stock bin to try today . It didnt really change much for the better , but it didnt make it worse . If anything it may be why it fired up and ran with out throttle input at cold start .

Just curious why the injector size change ?
Are you using Bosch 3s or larger than 19#hr ?
Have you hooked up a wb to monitor afr. You can incorporate the signal to d8 of the 165 ecm.

I have the bosch III injectors in there . I also read the stock chip and that was the values it had in it as well for the 305 bin. I figured I would up it to the that value to see if it helped or not . It actually seems to run better in closed loop now . But still have a rough cold start and it takes a bit to smooth out . It also still needs to have some throttle to fire up after a shutdown . But drivability is pretty good now at least . I am not sure if I should keep messing with it or just live with it as is for now .
