First Burn Somewhat Successful.......
Well, I just got done with my first PROM chip burning. I have cured the funky idle condititon, and I have gotten rid of the "rich O2 sensor" light. The injectors are still buzzing madly at idle (8-900rpm). I seem to remember with the stock ECM, you could hear the injectors open, and close with the firing of the cylynders. At any rate, not bad for my first try out!
The only thing I did was set the BPW to 125 (it was at 148 before, ack ptpph) and got rid of the PE delay. Now I am going to try some other things.

Yeah, it is a bit of rush when you burn your first eprom and actually see results. Now that you got all the equipment, you are probably thinking what most of us did when we finally got it al to work...."It's that easy"?
The actual "tuning" is more involved and requires a LOT of testing, but even that gets to be easy once you do it a while.
