Mini Ram install issues

Hello everyone. So I'm having issues with my mini ram install on my 85 camaro. Currently I cant get it to start. I'll go through the current issues. But I'm getting it to huff and puff like its gonna start and then other times thing will just crank over and do nothing. Car has a EBL Flash, mini ram, 3 bar map (reading 1.5 volts 97kpa), flowtech turbo headers, zenitronix WB o2, and a holley 58( I know its overkill). Car will be getting turbos I got everything for it. I juat wanted to get the car moving before then.
Right now my CTS is reading -40 degrees and my TPS isn't reading anything. I've replaced plugs and distributor old ones got fouled from me trying to start it and it just dumbing fuel because the -40 and cold start stuff. I've checked for 180 out but I've gotten #1 to go thru compression stroke then moved it some more for 0 tdc and it was right where I needed it to point. Ive had problems with the ICM before did change it. I don't know the fuel pressure being put out by the reg.

Any suggestions would be great so I can try and start my pos.

Re: Mini Ram install issues

I guess I would suggest getting a new CTS, figuring out why the TPS isn't working, and buy or rent a fuel pressure gauge.

I would probe the ground wires with a multi-meter on both and make sure they both have ground.

Re: Mini Ram install issues

I got CTS and TPS to read. TPS is very squirrely. I've already ordered another one. Now I've gotten it to start. But only by holding down the throttle WOT. It started was just puffing headers are very hot I'm guessing to advanced? Or to little fuel?
