What To Do??
If i have a 92 tuned port system with moderate mods should i get a chip for it or will the stock chip work ok for this? like headers, exaust, heads, afpr, air foil and k and N

Do you NEED an eprom? No. But your stock eprom is most likely not optimal. There is NO WAY someone can burn you "the proper" eprom WITHOUT some feedback (like from a scan tool). And then you really need to do a lot of monitoring and "tweaking", if you want to get the best driveability, gas mileage and performance. The only way you will get such an "optimal" eprom is to learn how to burn it yourself. It would be too expensive to pay someone to do that for you.
Most people who get into eprom burning on basically stock engines find they are running too rich and getting a lot of knock retard @ WOT, and often don't get any more than 20* of SA (after deducting the Knock Retard).
