Split BLMs on Super Ram???

I'm sure everyone is familiar with the mini ram split blm issue. However has anyone run into split blms with a super ram? I'm really thinking that is what is driving me crazy (crazier!) TT1 on the right bank showing 13.2+/- (commanded afr shows 14.2) while the left bank heated O2 narrowband is tuned to 128 blm and int. Stoich set to 14.2 in TT1 and ebl p4 for gas in our area. Also noticed flipping between identical bins open vs closed loop the narrowband still bounces rich/lean in open loop? What am I missing? Already ruled out vacuum/intake leaks/exhaust leaks. Throttle body is BBK 58mm.

Have you tried running in open loop and swapping the WB back and forth? Just see how each side processes the same amount of fuel without any ECM corrections.

Yup-I have another standalone wideband that I put in the left side and comparing the two the right side is richer. Then I swapped the 2 widebands between sides and the right side still showed richer by .5 to .8 afr. Also it's not just at idle but under load/higher rpm also.

What about swapping injector banks from side to side?

typically the split BLM thing goes away above about 1500 rpm.

swapping injectors from side to side was a consideration-I'm just putting it off for the moment because that super ram is no fun to remove install....

Yeah one of your injectors may be dumping more fuel than the others....

You may not be able to fully troubleshoot this until you exonerate them

Re: Split BLMs on Super Ram???

I'll be putting it back up on the quick jacks... pull the injectors and I'll etch the cylinder number they came out of and send them to FIC to flow test-it's $15.00 each to test. At this point well worth the cost. I'd rather just get tham tested than swap them side to side and then have to pull them out again. I'll be very surprised if there are not a couple way off. Thier website says they can "adjust" the flow rate, but I've heard that you can't? Think I'll call them to discuss it. If there are a couple injectors way off it would certainly explain the frustrations I've been dealing with on tuning this. These are Deka 60lb. injectors-I thought they were reputable? I'll check the resistance on all of them too.
