I I'm running the EBL P4 and just thought it worh throwing out there as it may help someone else. I'm running the EBL P4 and went thru a lot to settle the idle. But it still would surge and in certain conditions even stall when the fans came on. I have dual spal 11 inch brushed. on seperate relays turning on at the same time. I added in line on each the fan switch/relay from a mitsubishi lancer (from pickapart). Wired in between the original relay and the fan. It provides a soft start-slowly ramps up the voltage/fan speed over 5 plus seconds. The small wire input for PWM is left "capped" so it provides full speed. Completely solved the problem. I had been trying to deal with it in the tune and I found it impossible.
