This will replace my '87 MAF 165 computer to go from MAF to SD.

Glenn answered this before I believe, his answer was yes.
BUT, what do I do about my wiring harness? I have a MAF car. I have no manifold vacuum sensor. How do I accomendate this situation in switching from MAF to SD?
A local wrencking yard has a 7730 ECM from a Cavilier for $45.
What about the wiring harness?

Get the harness also. You'll need to do some repinning (solenoids, etc.) and cutting and splicing (extra injectors, ignition module, etc.) but other than that it'll work just the same. You will need a wiring diagram for whatever year prom you decide to use, and one from the car you get the harness from as the wire colors will be different. As a side note I picked up a 730 from a 91 Beretta and the complete harness at a local U-Pick for less than what you're going to pay for the ecm alone.
You will need to get a V8 MemCal; preferably for your particular engine. New from GM is best (that way you get the latest BIN with it).
The limp-home chips on the I4 or V6 won't work on your V8, and you definately want limp-home mode...
