2.77 to 3.24 gears - differnt proms
I swapped my rear from 2.77 (9bolt) to a 3.43 (10 bolt). Anyway I noticed a difference in the prom's for 2.77 and 3.24 gear ratios. I see that the TCC lockup numbers are different and TCC lockup speeds are different. Would I be better off changing my setting from the 2.77 chip setting to the TCC setting that are on the 3.24 chip settings?

First, have you changed the Speedo Gears in the tranny? If not, all of the VSS readings detected bythe ECM are off. You are going to have to compensate for that.
With the proper speedo gears, you should find that you can lock things a little sooner with the lower gears (3.42s). The tall 2.77s are quite "lazy" and due to the lower rpms they are turning at a given MPH generally will lock later than 3.42s.
Also, your spark advance can come on a little quicker.
But don't go by the what the stock settings are - go by what YOU like. For fuel economy and my own personal preferences, I am locking my TCC a little soone than stock for my car (3.23s). And after a lot of playing with the spark advance, I found a spark curve that "comes on" very quickly without causing detonation.
