Cooling Fans Come Sooner/ ARAP Question

in winbin under 3d-maps it has cooling fan #1 & #2. it also says in degrees and has two options. show calculated values and raw values? i would like the fans to come at 220 and off at 210. (i do lots of highway driving) what exactly do the raw values stand for and what do the calculated values mean(Deg Farienheit)? does anyone have a ARAP bin without Vats. i load that bin on my PROM and the car will not start. i load a stock bin and it start right up. this is on 88 IROC. thanks alot guys.

raw values=hexidecimal code=what the ecm understands

calculated values=regular units (degrees, ect.)=what you understand

vats...

go into the flags tab, go to the "VATS & KNOCK Sensor Diag." menu and uncheck the vats bit, should do it.

Do you have the latest .ecu file for WinBin? If not jump over to Craig Moates site and download it. That should do the trick.
