I hava a several gm 1227730 ecm with a v6 mecal. I dont really care about limp mode. Also why is hard to make the mecal. If i am correct the esc part is the same and the chips on the bottom are rom. So all you have to do is just copy them. Tell if I am way off base and why.

 

The "cylinder select" is also wrong which will most likely trigger an SES code in itself. Give it a try since you have a whole bunch of V6 Memcals and then you can tell everyone exactly what happens and any possible "work arounds" that you may find.
