If I change my ve tables will this effect my WOT AFR?
Hello everyone.. I recently purchased a Pocket programer II and Tuner cat editor.IM just waiting on chips and adapter, to get started on tuning my car. Ive done alot of reading I think I have a good basic idea of how to go about tuning my car.
All my Blms start at 108 at idle and increase as they go up in number to a high of about 120. IM going to work on getting them to close to 128. The wot AFR was tuned on a dyno. My question is If I go changing my ve tables to get 128 blms will this change my WOT AFR? Or is this not connected to part throttle fueling?
Thanks for any help... IM really excited about getting into prom burning. Ive hated not being able to tune my own stuff.
The car is a 90 sd setup...

Depends on where in the table you are adjusting the values.
In the high KPA areas you will be affecting the WOT AFR.
In the low KPA areas the factors do not affect WOT.
Read TRAXIONs post on P730 part throttle tuning. That will help.

Hi Karl....I have a feeling I will be tuning Wot all over again. I have read Tim's post thats what got me started in the first place. I hope he can find time to go into the PE part of it.
I guess I will have to take it one step at a time and see what needs to be done.
