Wheres the best place to get more knowledgable about PROM burning and tuning?

What good resources are out there that I can buy/read?

Who can I talk to about burning maybe that is very knowledgeable and can teach me something?

I have invested my money into two books. Here are the titles;

- Fuel Injection (Installation, Performance Tuning, Modifications) . It is a Powerpro Series book written by Jeff Hartman

- How to Tune and Modify Chevrolet Fuel Injection. written by Ben Watson.

Besides these books I spend my time browsing the thirdgen DIY archives.

There is so much info there.
