First data '749/TPI
just ran a log from my Malibu running a '749 N/A.
Using the ABYN $58 bin to start with the following changes
cylinder select to 8
injector flow rate changed to 22 lb
heres the #'s just after fire up.
Idle 700 - 800 RPM
IAC steady at 63
Spark Advance 15.8 - 16.5 deg
Coolant is 32C and warming
O2v is .484 to .66 v
AirFlow is 10.3
MAP .22
BLM 128
INT 147
and after warming up heres the average #'s
Idle 725-750 RPM
IAC varies 3 - 11
Spark Advance 22.5 - 23.3 deg
Coolant is 83.8 C
O2v is .417 - .55 v
AirFlow 10.3
MAP .17 - .21
BLM 120
INT 128
she fires right up when cold, seems a bit sluggish when warm, going to go over all the bat cables and grounds again, its possible its a dud starter or heat soak, but I doupt it.
cant do any road tests due to no brakes and driveshaft,doghouse,dash...
If anyone wants a copy in .csv just holler. cheers Bob

After a quick review, that O2 sensor voltage reading appears to be a bit sluggish... It should have a higher max value than that. Could be a scantool issue as well..... BLMs don't appear to be too far off though.....
