Swapped to LT1 intake...hesitation and pop??

Just finished up the swap. The car isn't ready to drive until I get the throttle cable fixed and a couple of other little gremlins, but just running it a little I can tell I have the typical "Miniram problems". I'm running a 165 and using Tunercat 6E. What table should I start with to get rid of the hesitation and backfire when you goose it?
LV8 AE factor vs delta lv8
LV8 AE coolant factor vs coolant temp
LV8 AE decay rate vs coolant temp

To those that have been down this road, what values should I start with?

have I run a mini ram?.
No.
Have I run some short and long runners manifolds?.
Yes.
Looked at LT1 bins
yes
For what it's worth I start by taking some timing out out the lower rpm end of the spark table. If you get a copy of the Tuning.txt from DIY-EFI.com incoming you'll get a better idea of what I mean.
Then start with a lower TPS to AE setting, then start adding some AE as a function of %TPS, and PE by %TPS enable.

what cyl heads are you running? If the heads have the egr port on them, then it could have something to do with blowing exhaust into the engine / lifter valley.

I wrote on other post, but I see you started your own here. so:
Steve10,
Sorry I forgot to add that you should also change the "%tps to enable PE" to 5% at 400 rpm as per Glen. That also made a difference. As far as changing the LV8 AE vs Delta my values for 0 are .146, 64 are .148, and 128 is at .156 which I think is stock. Those were my significant changes to this table. You might try to use inj vs bat volt, and add a few to the 12.8 and 14.4 range. I also bumped up my fuel pressure to about 46 psi, which I beleive helped out as well. I can say that I now have no pops, hesitations, or nasty intake backfires, and it moves damn nicely now. Keep trying and listen to some of these guys on the boards like Grumpy and Glen to name a few. Do some searching too, you can look up my name and a guy named 89vette for a lot more of this information.
Good luck

Tuning the PROM must be done as mentioned above. The L98 have the exhaust port in the center of the head right? The LT1 intake and gasket don't cover that hole completely so exhaust gets pumped into the engine. If the heads don't have the egr port then there is no problem. Just a PROM adjust fuel & spark mainly.
Exhaust in the engine tends to destroy them quickly though. I would check for this.
