Question on flags...

I have several bins from Hypertech ect and am wondering what flags have to be switched to convert them to V6 settings...

What exactly is this "Hypertech ECT" from? If it for a 91-92 SD TPI ($8D), then you would change address $8009 from $00 to $C0. But you would also need to change the Cylinder Volume (to the proper V6 size) and the Injector size too.

But, you do realize Hypertech is not exactly the "best" place to start?

well I can get pretty much any of them(from various sites)... I was just wondering what all had to be changed... as far as the injectors I have the TPI 19Hr ones... And 5-7 PSI Turbo hitting soon...

Turbo?.
Someone say turbo?.
GM did a 3.1 turbo in the Gran Prix in about 91 used the 1227727 ecm. Nice little set up.

can you down load the bin file and open it via turner cat? That will tell you everything you need to know!

For some reason I keep forgetting that damn bin for the Turbo Grand Prix... Have to find that now...

And yes I have a mercedes turbo.. Daytona Intercooler... Porsche oil cooler... Import BOV.. Vortech FMU... and all digitial guages for Fuel PSI, Oil PSI AND TEMP, INTAKE PSI, and maybe Fuel temp...

I have a resource book that sells the parts,components to make the digital guages, and a freind that knows how toput them togeather...
