no spark or injector pulse

This feels like an electrical problem so I will post it here. Didn't get my help from the TBI board. I just got done dropping my 350 TBI back in again today and I went to start it up and it cranks fine but no fuel at all. I loosened the fuel like to verify delivery but the injectors just aren't firing. Then I checked for spark and there wasn't any. All my grounds seem to check out ok and I'm getting power back out of my starter, and my ignition module checked out ok. Would a bad coil pickup in the dist. cause something like this?

I'm not very familiar with the tbi cars, but i know on the TPI cars there's a 20 amp fuse in a seal-pack connector mounted under the hood right next to the battery. If it's blown, you'll crank over just fine but get no spark or fuel, and more than likely no codes.
Maybe check to see if you have one?
