simple checks

Do you know if the horns work? There should be one wire that comes off of the horn, connect that to +12 to make sure the horn works. Check the fuse? Did the horn work before you put the Grant in? Has it worked since you put the Grant in? There is a wire that comes up through the steering column, believe it is yellow, that connects to the horn pad.
92RSB, couldnt get that screen to load. And I was just looking thru my Haynes, and it doesnt really have anything about the horn.

Look practically "inside" the driver's side fender towards the front. You should see two nautilus-style horns mounted on a bracket near a vacuum reservoir.

If you have one of the cheaper Grant wheels with the big horn button, there's a good chance the previous owner disabled the horn because those wheels have a notorious problem of the button popping off and letting the horn blast until you realize it's your car making all that racket and go out there to fix it.

Here's something simple--did you pull the horn button off(steering wheel) to see if the wire was attached? It might be just hanging off. Hopefully it's that simple.
