ECM going bad?

Well, here's the story. I was driving it along the freeway when it just died. At first, my dad and I thought it was the ignition or the O2 sensor wiring. So, we finally got it towed somewhere. So, before we started digging in and changing stuff around, we started it up, w/o an O2 input, and w/ old ignition parts. It ran fine. After I ran another wire for the O2 sensor and my dad changed out the distributor module, it wouldn't run. So, I checked the ECM fuses and the Injector fuses, and they're fine. I check for power getting to the injectors, and there was power there. I checked for power between pin A and pin B, and the ECM was not pulsing it. There was spark getting to the plugs, but no fuel.

Could it be a bad ECM?

Can you hear the electric fuel pump whine. On a cold start after the car sits or fuel pressure(if there is any)bleeds off turn the key to the run position but don't crank it. Have someone listen under the rear of the car at the gas tank area and you should hear the pump come on for 2 seconds(it gives off a whining sound). If not suspect the fuel pump. Check the pump fuse. It is unlikely that it is the pump relay if it will not start at all and here is why. There are 2 voltage paths to the pump, the relay and the oil sender switch. If the TG is hard to start but will after several cranks it is usually the relay because it has to get some oil pressure from the cranking to turn on the oil sender switch which will send 12 volts to the pump to energize it. Don't overlook a clogged fuel filter if the pump is in fact running. A fault with the ECM can cause the pump not to come on to prime but it is highly unlikely. Always suspect the ECM last, they are pretty reliable.

The fuel pump is pumping. There is no problem w/ that. However, the ECM is not driving the injectors. The fuel is there, but it is not getting past the injectors.
