Key on wipers on key off wipers off, no messup with wires or anything, happens in the middle of nowhere,getting dizzy...any clues ??

Sounds like either the wiper control switch or the "park" switch in the wiper motor assembly is shorted. If you cut the gray wire (low) or purple wire (high) & they stop it's the wiper switch. If you cut the dark green wire & they stop it's the "park" switch in the wiper motor assembly. The pink wire is either for the washer motor (no wiper delay), or delay wiper activation (with wiper delay).
