Dark Iroc

I've got a 1990 iroc convertible with a black interior, the only source of light is from underneath the rearview mirror. There are no other courtesy lights in the car's interior. This makes for a pretty dark interior. There appears to be places to add lights underneath the dash. How difficult is it to add additional lights?

There are recepticals in each of the two kick panels under the dash that lights are normally populated in. You may find the twist in light sockets at a local junk yard. Connect one side of the lights to the door pin switch, and the other side to battery power. Battery power may be found at the fuse panel at the orange wire from the 20 ampere "ACC" fuse.
