Intermittent code 33 & 34 HELP!!!!

I have this prob every so often ( at least once a week) i will be drivin my car and all of the sudden i will loose power and the check engine light will come on and it will idle fine but if you rev. it nothin just bogges down, also if you take it out of gear and rev. it its fine....and if you turn the car off for like 30 sec and start back up its fine. i checked the codes its 33 and 34 what do i do????

do i just need a tune up could the knock sensor be causin the problem cause i need new plugs and wires really bad !!! could that be it?

code 33 and 34

Just so you know code 33 and 34 are for the MAF sensor. Code 33 is for a high voltage reading and 34 is for a low voltage reading. I would first change your power relay and your burn-off relay, they are the cheapest to buy, about $20 bucks canadian so pennies in the states. Then try changing your oxygen sensor and then lastly your 300 dollar MAF sensor.
