Small/cheap LCD screen?

Hey all.. I'm looking for a small/cheap LCD monitor.. It must take either NTSC or PAL (or VGA...but my card has NTSC/PAL out on it)..

I'm looking for around 4" diagonal... Bigger is better, of course.. Priced around 100-150$..

If anyone knows of a place that sells these, please let me know!

Thanks,
-Tesla

There's also All Electronics in California, I've seen them carry that stuff. I think they have a website...
