amps @ the cigarette lighter

Hi. I feel rather dumb asking this, but my multimeter ran out of juice. I was wondering if anyone knew how many amps of current and/or ohms of resistance were at the cigarette lighter. Thanks.

The cigar lighter socket is connected to the 20 ampere accy fuse, so the most current that could be drawn through the lighter socket is around 15 amperes, or so. This fuse also powers the interior lights, mirrors, door locks, hatch release, radio, & horn relay.
