no matter what it wont start without the starter switch

the car will not start no matter what if the starter switch isnt used im sayin if i push the clutch all the way in then nothing happens by the way the security light comes on when i turn on the ignition and then goes off the check engine light stays on till teh motor starts thanx i appreciate the help do you think its the clutch switch

First of all, you don't need to keep posting new topics, just reply to the ones you already started.

Second, the clutch switch may be bad, since you have to let off the clutch some before it will start, but it IS NOT the source of your problem since you still need the switch under the dash. It would be in your best interest to at least find a wiring diagarm.

When you crank the car, power goes from the Ignition switch, to the clutch start switch, through the Theft deterent start inhibit relay, and to the starter. You will need to trace down, starting at the Ignition switch where power drops off.
