Drivers side power door lock...not stong enough?

Drivers side power door lock...not stong enough?
when i chirp the alarm "on" it locks the door...but not good enough...it tries to lock it but it doesnt lock completely. whats goin on? thanks for the help guys/

Axle/Gears: Moser 9", Detroit Locker, 3.70
The lock mechanism inside the door, near the latch mechanism, needs to be lubricated. First try lubricating it through the latch hole in the door, before pulling the door panel.
