keyless entry????

I was just wondering, my girlfriend has a 96rs that came with the keyless entry, now her remote will not work right, is there any other place to get one from other than the very expensive chevy dealership.

This may sound like a dumb question, but have you tried changing the battery in the remote?

Also try anybody that installs them in your area. It is most likely that they will not have anything, but it is worth a shot if you might save some money.

GM was using Code-Alarm for most of their alarm and keyless featured vehicles.Call around to your local car stereo/alarm shops and see if they can help you, since Code-Alarm is also an aftermarket application and not just OE.
