Problems in my rear and front

Not my rear My car , the back left tail light does not work , none of the lights , the front right parking light is out , and the front left blinker does not work . My rear blinker does not work either . I only have my back left tail light thats working right . . I checked all the fuses under my dash , they area all good , is there anymore under the hood ? What else could this be ?

Lightbulbs actually burn out eventually in cars. You might start there instead of looking at fuses.

No joke ! I know they burn out Maybe I should have made myself clearer , all the bulbs are new , I changed them today , and they still dont work .

You should get yourself a test light and recheck your fuses to see if you get voltage, if you do have voltage on all the fuses try testing the voltage from the light socket itself. If you still have no voltage then maybe your fusesible link in blown maybe? I hope it's not your light switch.

Im ignorant when it comes to electrical stuff , so bare with me , but , can I do this test with a multimeter ? I have a multimeter I bought and they did not send the directions with it .
