Intalling Weatherpack Connectors

My mass airflow sensor connector has been cracked up and smashed around for some reason. I need to put a new one on but I was wondering if I would have to cut off the old one or maybe there was a way to pull out the wires from the connector. I saw there are some tools to use to pull wires from weatherpack connectors but I have no clue how to do it. Does anyone know how to change weatherpack connectors? Also does anyone know where you can buy weatherpack connectors, those things seem hard to find.

YEARONE.COM has some of the connectors and they also have a special tool for removing the "pins" from the old connectors, then you just reinsert them (pins) into the new connectors.

I tried to find them at the dealership and they don't even know what the are. I saw a couple of different ones at PEPBOYS one time but not all stores carry them.

Good luck !!

This one parts place near me has all the tools. I've seen Year One before, it sucks though my connector for the Mass Air Flow sensor is not like all the other weatherpack connectors. It looks like the picture I attached. Hopefully I can get it spliced or whatever, thanks.

I thought the MAF sensor has like 4 or 5 wires and not 3, but I may be wrong.

I know that's what mine on my 88 looks like, it could be different for other applications. That picture is from the ACDelco website when I looked for the connector that's what they had and that's what it looks like.
