My car wont crank. I know I have the hot start problem, yet when I put the new solenoid on it made problems worse. NOw it wont crank at all. I used summits kit to move the solenoid to the top. What I am wondering is if my starter is shot. I think it is. I was thinking I would try to find a starter that has no solenoid on it (Like a Ford starter) so I can get away from all starter problems. Does anyone know of such a starter for a SBC?
