Blowing Fuses-No Interior Lights!!!

When I hit the headlight button, the headlights flip up to the "all the way up" position, then the tail lamp fuse blows. This leaves me with no interior lights, foglights, and the headlight motors won't go back down.
When I turn on the parking lights, everything turns on for about ten seconds, then the fuse blows.
Any ideas, suggestions, etc?
