problems....

I've just installed a TPI into my 79 monte..the engine will turn over....and spark......but the fuel injectors are not working because the plugs are dry???? how can I power them up? what am I missing?
So far I've taken the the 2 wirring harness's and hooked them up too the starter...so both have power.....but some of the interior wires where cut in the process......all I need too know is how can I get the injectors too work? is there a wirring diagram somewhere??? any help would be great!

one side of each injector is tied to a +12 volt source that's hot with the ignition key in the "run" position. other side of injector is tied to ecm.

tpi is batch fired setup, not sequential. injectors are divided into two banks, one on the drivers side & the one on the passengers side.
