Where are the fan and horn relay's located? My horn doesn't work anymore after I had the steering column replaced after an attempted theft and I would like to wire a new horn button.

I was also considering making a manual switch for the fan.
Pictures would be helpful if you have them.

Fan relay is located in the engine compartment on the driver's side firewall. It is the one on the far left if there is more than one.
