rear defogger
my defogger stopped working. i think it stopped after i put on new hatch shocks. would cheap shocks cause my defogger to go out like that.

Gotta make sure you hooked the wires back up, they run thru the shocks themselves.

I did hook all wries back up. i was thinking may the connection is lost somewhere inside the shock. they came from autozone and thier electronics and anything with wiring suck.
get a continuity tester (a voltage tester or etc. will work) Check to see if the prong on the one end of the shock is continous with the other end. If it is, then its the wiring somehwere. check to see if it is getting power out of the wire that goes to the shock of the driver side. The wire on the passenger side goes to a ground.
