Electrical wiz needed

Ok i put in aftermarket headlights. I was runnin the wires and i saw that there was an opening in my fuse box that said fogs.

What do i have to do to wire them into that spot?.. I saw a Real bright Red wire and a light blue wire which seemed to be going into the fuse spot for the fogs. I was wondering how to do this so that i can eliminate the wires goin to the battery. Will this happen if i do this?.. i can get a pic of the wiring diagram for the lights if it would help. Its a standard setup with a switch that has a light on it.

Im sure u guys on here might see this as a piece o cake, but i dont wanna fry the car

Thanks

DO NOT power lights from anything on your fusebox.

They need to be powered directly by a link to the battery via a high-amp relay.
