Step by step here we go.
1 Open the passenger side door
2 lay on top of your passenger side seat and stick your legs outside of the car.
3. Now notice in front of you there is a lower plastic piece. (right under the "PERFORMANCE SUSPENSION) emblem you hopefully have )

4. Stick your head underneath and look up with a flashlight. You will see about 4 or 5 i think 7mm bolts.

5. Take a ratchet and remove each bolt placing them in a "dixie" paper cup as you remove them. (must be a dixie paper cup)

6. Now remove the plastic piece and put it in the back seat gently

7. Look up and you will see wires and dust. Look for a big metal box.

8. On my car (91 TPI), I have to remove two more 7mm bolts to free this metal box. On yours I don't think you have to.

9. Ok, pull metal box down, it may require you route it around some wires on the way down

10. Now the "metal box" aka ECU has 3 harnesses plugged into it. Press in on the tabs and pull out the plugs. Use some force

11. Bring the ECU inside to your kitchen table.

12. Grab a beer.

13. Take the ratchet and a 1/4" socket and remove the "access panel". It is only 2 bolts

14. Remove the access panel to see a "prom"

15. Do not spill beer inside the ECU.

16. Remove the prom. Don't quite remember how I did this one. Just monkey around . hehe

Now, if your ADS chip looks like your stock prom...you simply just install it in the same place. If it is a "piggy back", you have to connect your stock prom on to it...THEN install it.
You will know if it is a "piggy back" because it will have metal rods coming out of it.

oh yea, look on the bottom of your access panel when it's off. If it has any "cork" type material on the underside of it you have to remove it. It could possibly damage the prom.
