Need help wiring 4th gen power window switches and power mirror control

I have the power window, power door lock switch, and the little power mirror joystick from a 4th gen camaro and want to mount the unit where my old power window and mirror controls are. I have the complete unit that comes from the 4th gen armrest, I am just going to get a plastic plate and mount the unit to that. I figured out the wiring pattern for the power windows to work, but I am having trouble with the power mirror wiring.
Anyone have a diagram so that I can wire it up correctly?

Thanks a bunch.

Can you give me the info on how you wired the window switches? I'm getting ready to install a 4th gen console and will probably use some 4th Gen window and mirror switches to get everything working....

Have a Great Evening!

What do you need, the schematics for your original power mirror wiring?

No, I'm hoping to fnd out how to wire up the 4th Gen Firebird switches to my 3rd Gen connectirs/harness. Maybe from someone who has done it? I appreciate your offer on the 3rd Gen diagrams, they might still be of help once I see what is what on the 4th Gen side. I just don't have any info on how the 4th Gens are wired.

Have a Great Day!

This diagram is supposed to be for a 95 Camaro...

The rest of the site has helpful diagrams and stuff that I use on my 4th gen Z28-

Thanks for that info - what a tremendous web site that is!

Wish someone had put together a site like that one for 3rd Gens (though I guess this one is pretty close to it with at least some of it's tech articles)

Again, THANKS!!!!!

so, in order to get the 4th gen buttons to work on the 3rd gen car (Windows and Mirrors) we need the 4th gen wireing harness and cut off the 3rd gen harness so the 4th gen harness can be wired in it's place?

No need to cut the harnesses. I just spliced in the 4th gen wires to the 3rd gen wires so that I could use either set of switches. I'll try and get a pic of my wires for you so you can see what I am talking about. Right now the car is a mess with a bunch of parts sitting inside of it and all the wiring is all over the floorboard.

This is a pic from 3 years ago when I wired up the 4th gen switches.

Couldn't get the mirrors to work though.
