My 91z28 was in a fresh water flood up to the doors and now the thing is dead. i did get water in the engine. abyway, i hooked up a battery charger and tried cranking it up but i am getting this weird sound from fuse block. it is a constant buzzing noise when the key is in the on postion. the fuel pump doesnt turn on, the power locks dont work(i get a clicking noise from relay near fuse block when i hit the lock button) and i have no brake lights. where is the ESC on my car. it has tpi. where do i start to check things. all other electrical stuff works, lights, blinkers, horn, interior light, gauges,and power windows. please help me get this running.

 

You have a very large project cut out for you - start with removing & inspecting the ECM.
