Nonspecific but very important question!!!

Okay, let's hypothetically say you had a crown vic or a caprice. Let's also hypothetically say is was an ex patrol car. Now let's say thatyou were going to turn this car into a "Show Car," and you wanted to add the police strobe effect of the high beams and brake lights/reverse lights, how would you do it? Would you put strobe lights in the headlight assembly and taillight assembly? Were would you get a box to sequence the lights? Is there any one easy way to find the ground and hot for the high beams? Thanks...

(92 Crown Vic, "Rudy" interceptor, 260 factory rated HP...55 more than stock 4.6L interceptor cars...flowmasters, spotlight, gears, limited slip dif, convertor, shift kit, wires...yada yada 14.2@105MPH...I need to figure out how to get this thing off the line harder...it pulls let a raped date after about 2,000 RPM, but my 60 ft times are 2.1 and 2.2's!)
