OK Guys Need some help Please....having problems with Intelitronix Guages

OK I've had these guages for a long time but I just installed a MSD 6AL and now they are flickering on and off or not picking up siginal from sending unit some of the time

I've tried every ground combo possible in side the cab and in the engine bay....

I have new 12 guage wire heavy jacket all in wire looms

getting power directly from batt. and using some switches along the power side>> I've tried lost of swiches/lots of grounds

I'm thinking that the power wire that is going to the batt is picking up some kinda of EMW's from the MSD or something

What is your ideas on what might be wrong???

PLEASE I'M NOT A ELECTRICIAN SO ANY INFO. YOU HAVE I"M SHURE MIGHT HELP

You're powering the 6AL and the gauges from the battery?

Try routing a slightly heavier gauge wire inside the car, and powering the gauges off a distribution point there.

Route the 6AL's power lead a different way right to the battery post. I think your battery has side and top posts. Use the side mount for the car, and get a topmount post clamp and wire the 6AL there. Also, the yellowtop is a deep cycle battery, not a starter battery. You should be using the redtop. Incorrect application is the leading cause of battery failure (according to HotRod).
