A/C help
A/C help
The clutch on my compressor is not kicking on. I checked the fuse and my Haynes manual (not like that helped me any). Any ideas on what to check next and how it should be tested.
Thanks

The A/C clutch circuit current flow is as follows:
25 ampere HTR A/C fuse powers A/C select switch through the brown wire.
A/C select switch powers the low pressure cycling switch, located on the accumulator (silver tank located near the fan motor, under the hood), through the light green wire.
The low pressure cycling switch powers the high pressure cycling switch, located on the compressor, through the light blue wire.
The high pressure switch powers the clutch through the dark green wire.
The clutch is grounded through the black wire.
Turn the A/C on & check for voltage at the various poiunts through the circuit.
