My headlights pop up

My headlights pop up

when i put my running lights on......

I used to be able to drive with them down, now they raise up.....any suggestions?

Transmission: struggling t-5/ 4l60E

Axle/Gears: 3.08/ 3.23

My guess would be the headlight module is bad.
