BULLDOG KEYLESS ENTRY KIT CATCH FIRE?
BULLDOG KEYLESS ENTRY KIT CATCH FIRE?
Has anyone used a bulldog keyless entry system had had it catch on fire? I was told by a local car stereo shop that this has happened with that particular company. I was advised to not use that kit.

Any advise?
thanks,
Jason

What about the Bulldog alarm system with the built-in keyless entry, does that one have a bad rap, too?
I've got this in the '91, only problem I have with it is that it blurts out a warning chirp every now & then, no rhyme or reason, just does when it feels like it. Hope my '91 doesn't blow up!

I was just asking the question. I sure didn't want to take the chance with my car, as I'm sure no one else would either.
