It's all there, look at turn and start under switches.

 

there's no "switches" section, and the only thing I'm seeing with turn or start is signal lights. ..

Just wanted to say that the web page with the wire diagrams is mine. I doubt you'll find what you need though. Those diagrams are from an 85 shop manual. They din't have vats/passkey in 85. Someone here should know where those wires are.
