I'm stumped..........

I just swapped in the 383 and now I have a few nit picky probs that are bugging me. First off, My horn, power doorlocks, and AC controls won't work now. The horn and door locks dont work at all. I have checked the fuse and it is intact, is there anywhere else I should look? Second, the AC controls aren't working. The blower motor will come on and blow air, but only out of the defrost vents on top of the dash. The speed of the blower doesn't change at all. From MAX to NORMAL it stays the same and all the rest as well. The temp will change from cold to hot, but the location and speed of the air stay the same. I am stumped, any of you gurus have any ideas?

Robert

The air only coming out the defroster vents is likely due to a vaccuum leak somewhere. The selector for where the air goes works of vaccuum, not electric.

Best I can remember there is only one vacuum line going through the firewall and it goes to the damper for the heat/ac. There may be a second line that has to do with the cruise though.
