Fuel pressure gauge sending unit

I need help! Trying to hook up a Nordskog fuel pressure gauge. Here is the problem. It is a digital gauge so it gets readings from a sending unit, which I have. The problem is finding a place for the sender. I called Summit(where I ordered gauge and sender from) an they told me a I need an adapter for fuel rail. They said to take schrader valve out of test port on rail, thread in adapter, and then thread in sender. The adapter is too big. It is an autometer 3280 and it has 1/16 pipe thread male to 1/8 pipe thread female. the 1/8 part is right on, the 1/16 isn't. Anyone know the thread pitch of the test port outer and inner threads? Is there an adapter available that T's into the fuel line feed for a 1/8 sender? Anyone have part numbers of what I need?

The fuel rail test port is a 1/4" male flare fitting (also known as a male -4 AN fitting).
